What data we process
The data you give us in the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp: name, business name, website, contact details and information about your project.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To manage the business relationship if you hire our services.
Legal basis
Your consent when you send the enquiry and, if you hire us, the performance of the contract. Invoices are kept because the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become a contract are deleted within 12 months at most. Client data is kept for the duration of the relationship and then for the periods the law requires.
Who we share it with
We never sell or share your data. It is only processed by providers we need to deliver the service, such as web hosting, email and the form service, with the safeguards of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict or port your data by writing to info@laluzmedia.es. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
